[Backport] [Android] UNITY_DISPLAY_ORIENTATION_PRETRANSFORM is always 0 when rotating the device
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Build And Run
4. Rotate the device
Expected result: The quad is always red
Actual result: The color of the quad changes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.0b3, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3

Notes:
- UNITY_DISPLAY_ORIENTATION_PRETRANSFORM seems to be always = 0
- Make sure the project is set to use Vulkan
- Make sure “Apply display rotation during rendering“ is enabled
