[DirectX12] Shadows broken in Game view when Native RenderPass is enabled in the URP Asset
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project 'dx12shadow'
2. Open the Scene 'SampleScene'
3. Enter Playmode and move the camera around by right-click dragging the mouse
Actual result: The Scene is fully covered in shadow
Reproducible: 2022.3.4f1, 2023.2.0a17
Could not test: 2023.2.0a18, 2023.2.0a19 (can't switch to DirectX12)
Not reproducible: 2023.2.0a20, 2023.2.0a23

Resolution Note (fix version 2022.3.21f1):
We disable native render pass because it is not supported for DX12 on 2022.3.
