[Linux] New shortcuts are not updated in the context menus when they are changed in the Shortcuts window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Open the Shortcuts window (Edit > Shortcuts)
3. Change the “Main Menu/Assets/Refresh” shortcut
4. Right-click on empty space in the Project window
5. Observe the “Refresh” option’s suggested shortcut
Expected result: New shortcut is displayed
Actual result: The default shortcut is displayed
Reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
