Node Search cannot be opened via context menu in VFX Graph
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Graph
2. Right click in the graph view, select Create Node
Actual result: Node Search open for a second and then instantly closes
Expected result: Node Search is opened
Reproduced with: 2023.2.0a15
