Can't select color from Editor with color picker when Unity Editor is on secondary monitor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Move Unity Editor to the secondary monitor
3. Select "Text (TMP)" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector > TextMeshPro - Text > Vertex Color select color picker
5. Select "cube" GameObjects color
Expected result: Color is picked
Actual result: GameObject is selected
Reproduced with: 2021.1.0a9, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a13
Not reproduced with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.1.0a7
Could not test with: 2021.1.0a8 (blank Editor on second monitor)
Reproducible on: macOS 12.3.1 (Intel)

Using 2022.2.1f1 and this is a problem. Cannot chose color in the inspector as normally docked. But right-clicking on object and choosing Properties to bring Inspector to floating window works fine.
