GlobalObjectId.GetGlobalObjectIdSlow returns empty ID when in Prefab Isolation Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-95500_My Project 6000.0.24f1” project
2. Navigate to Assets/Prefabs/Test Prefab
3. Double-click on the “Test Prefab” to enter Prefab Edit in Isolation
4. Click on the Cube in the Prefab Editor window
5. Observe Console
Expected result: “GlobalObjectId_V1-2-00000000000000000000000000000000-5937775341612750392-0”
Actual result: “GlobalObjectId_V1-0-00000000000000000000000000000000-0-0“
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a16, 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.49f1, 2022.3.59f1, 2023.1.0a15
Fixed in: 6000.2.0a7
Reproducible on: macOS 15.3.1 (M1 Max), Windows 10 (by user)
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
