[URP] Preview of Assets do not show in the Project window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP Template project
2. On Project View search "t:Material"
3. Drag the slider on ProjectView to maximize the thumbnails
Expected results: The icons show Materials
Actual results: The icons are gray squares
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a10, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.15f1, 2021.2.0a9
Notes:
- The issue has been reproduced on both Windows and macOS
- In HDRP decals seemed to be gray squares as well but any other Material was represented correctly

This is still not fixed. How can I continue creating scenes with an abundance of assets you can't see in the thumbnails. i.e. how can I tell the difference between castle1 and castle2? It's a massive time waster.

Not fixed yet, I'm running URP 13.1.8 on Unity 2022.1.1 and still have this exact issue.

The thumbnails are also used in the Dungeon Architect asset which I just bought in the mega bundle. This means that all the graphs show mostly empty grey thumbnails, which kind of makes it unusable in 2021.2.0f1.
