A rectangular area is rendered with Spotlight when a Shader Graph Material with Built-In is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2021.2.zip" project
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Move around the "Spot Light" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: Circular area is rendered
Actual result: Rectangular area is rendered
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b1)
Can't test with: 11.0.0 or below (Built-In Active Target not supported in Shader Graph)
