Shape of the Shadow is not rendered properly when zooming in at the certain angle
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ShadowTest.zip" project and ShadowTest scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select Main Camera Game Object
3. Select GameObject/Align View to Selected
4. Resize the Cube and observe the Scene view
Expected result: Square shadow is visible
Actual result: Circle shadow is sometimes visible
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21, 2020.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0a20
