[macOS] When editing a Plane mesh using ProBuilder the Editor becomes slow with a noticeable delay
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project "Super Slow Editor Bug Report.zip"
2. Open the "SmapleScene", then select Tools Open Probuilder -> "Probuilder window" and then choose "Face select" mode
3. Drag any face of the "Plane" upwards or downwards (as shown in attached video)
4. Observe that multiple seconds pass between Editor render frames

I found the issue mitigated by turning on vsync. Also switch from Metal -> OpenGL helped... Something is going on with macOS/vsync/metal/opengl
