YUY2 texture on D3D is wrong format from Unity
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Basic"
3. Run it
Notice generated texture: top part of texture is black and bottom one is "colorful" gradient
Expected result: Top part of texture is green because YUV(0, 0, 0) converted to RGB color space is RGB(0, 135, 0) and the bottom part is greyscale gradient
