[XR][XRSDK][Oculus Go] Splash screen doesn't get shown when using the new SDK
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add XR SDK for Oculus
3. Build and Run on Oculus Go
Actual: Splash screen doesn't get shown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.16f1, 2020.1.0b12, 2020.2.0a15
