[XR][XRSDK][Link][Quest] intermittent crash caused by get_config call in Oculus Plugin
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter Play Mode with Quest connected and Link set up
3. Grab and release the flower quickly for some time
Actual: The app crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11

Latest issues

Resolution Note (fix version 1.6):
This issue is not reproducible with newer versions of the Oculus XR Plugin (version 1.6 was tested). If you encounter this issue, please upgrade.
