[XR] XRHandJoint gives no indication of tracking status
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached user's project "OpenXRJointTrackingTest.zip"
2. Switch to Android platform
3. Make sure Hand Tracking Subsystem is enabled in OpenXR Settings under XR Managemen
4. Build for Quest 2/3
5. Obscure a finger or a joint
Expected Results: hand visualizer colors the joints red when a finger or a certain joint is obscured
Actual Results: hand visualizer joints always report color green even a joint is obscured
Reproducible with: XR Hands 1.4.0 - 1.4.1 (2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.25f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b16)
