Crash on entering Play mode when Render doc is loaded using D3D12
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure Renderdoc is installed
2. Create a new project
3. Enable XR (via Project Settings->Player Settings if 2018.4 or Project Settings->XR Plug-in Management if 2019.4+)
4. Enable Oculus Plug-in
5. Right-click on the tab for the Game View or Scene View and click the ‘Load RenderDoc’ option.
6. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Editor Plays normally without crashing
Actual result: Editor crashes silently
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2
