[XR SDK] GetStereoViewMatrix and GetStereoProjectionMatrix return the same value in both eyes in Multi Pass mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("XRPluginOculusBugReport.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: No Assertion Exceptions are thrown
Actual result: Assertion Exceptions are thrown
Reproducible with: XR SDK 3.2.13 (2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1 (XR SDK not available)

This bug has not been fixed in 2019.4.11f1 despite being mentioned in resolution note and 2019.4.11f1 release notes. The bug is fixed in 2020.1.6f1 and 2020.2.0b2, but all available
2019.4 LTS versions are still broken.
