Highlighted text is difficult to see in “Create Node” menu when Editor theme is set to light
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Create and open Shader Graph
3. Open “Create Node” menu (press Space)
4. When menu is open press keyboard arrow down
5. Observe the highlighted text in the menu
Actual results: The highlighted text is difficult to see in light Editor theme
Expected results: The highlighted text is not difficult to see in light Editor theme
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5 (M1)

Resolution Note:
We're looking to do a holistic rewrite of our UI and have taken note of this issue. We intend to resolve this issue when we implement Light Mode for Shader Graph.
