[XR][URP][Post Processing] Motion blur doesn't seem to be getting applied when using stereo rendering
I'm trying to use the blur post processing effect on Oculus Rift and the blur effect doesn't seem to be applied. In the game view there is blur when I move the camera but not in the HMD when I run standalone player. Took a renderdoc capture and there is a motion blur post process pass but the input and output textures look the same.
