[XR][URP] Game View renders black when using custom HLSL skybox shader with Single Pass Instanced Stereo Rendering mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "SkyboxRepro.zip" project
2. Load the "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: the Game view is rendered red
Actual result: the Game view is rendered black
Reproducible with: URP 10.0.0-preview.26, 10.2.2, 11.0.0 (2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b2, 2021.2.0a1)
Not reproducible with: URP 7.5.2, 9.0.0-preview.72 (2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0b2)
Could not test with 2018.4 (XR SDK not available)

Any update on this. Broken in 2020.3.1f1 as well. Basically the repro is:
PC w/ Oculus VR, single-pass rendering enabled. ANY URP shader will cause depth to not clear...
