[Oculus][XR] Custom ShaderGraph Shader in skybox breaks Single Pass Instanced rendering in the Editor when using Oculus Link

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "SkyboxTestURP10.zip"
2. Load the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Make sure the Oculus Link connection is enabled
4. Enter the Play Mode

Expected result: No broken visuals are present
Actual result: Both Game view and Oculus Quest show broken visuals (visually the objects in the Scene get constantly multiplied)

Reproducible with:
Oculus XR Plugin 1.8.1: (2020.3.0f1)
Oculus XR Plugin 1.9.0: (2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with:
2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.26f1 (couldn't downgrade without errors, issues with the Shader)

Reproducible on:
N/A, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Oculus Rift S (according to the user)

Notes:
- Restarting the project will make this issue reproduce again as it might stop reproducing at random
- Deleting the Library folder and resetting the packages to default did not fix this
- Does not reproduce on the build with either Stereo Rendering Modes
- Only reproduces on Single Pass Instanced Mode on the Editor

    The issue will be fixed with another bug report. Unfortunately, we can not provide an issue tracker for it.

    I found a solution in another thread. Export the shader graph to code and add ZClip False to the render options in the the shader code. Worked for me with single pass rendering.

    Still seeing this issue as well. VR support for skybox shaders is terrible.

    Could someone report on this?
    The bug is still present in LST 2020.3.30f1 with ShaderGraph 10.8.1.
    This got closed a year ago. At least a "wont-fix" explanation would help to know we shouldn't keep waiting for a solution.

    I have the same issue in 2019.4.25f1, URP 7.6.0, and the built-in XR system using Oculus Desktop 2.38.4.
