[XR] Silent UWP Build crash upon trying to access WindowsMRRemoting functions
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "3D Project.zip" project
2. Build and run on UWP
3. Press the "c" button
Expected result: Application connects to Hololens 2
Actual result: Application crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
