[XR SDK][WMR] The back border is visible in Game window when Play mode is active
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("XR Plugin Testing.zip")
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open Game window
Expected result: The black border is around each HMD eye
Actual result: No black border visible
Reproducible with: Windows XR Plugin 2.0.1, 2.3.0 (2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3)
Not reproducible with: Windows XR Plugin 1.0.0-preview.9 (2019.4.10f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (XR SDK not available)
