[XR SDK] Skinned mesh renderer disappears when it is almost out of visible viewport
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("VRTest.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter the play mode
4. Move scene camera or headset near the robotic hand
5. Try to get a headset or scene camera out of the viewpoer of the robotic hand
Expected result: Robotic hand is visible in the view
Actual result: Robotic hand disappears (see "scene_view.mp4", "game_view.mp4" videos)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b9., 2022.1.0a6
