[XR SDK] Screen artifacts appear when shrinking Build's window and a XR plug-in provider is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "StrippedDownProjectForUnityToTest.rar" project
2. Build and Run the project
3. Shrink the Build's window
Expected result: the window is scaled without any artifacts
Actual result: screen artifacts appear on the sides of the window
Reproducible with: XR SDK 3.2.17, 4.0.0-pre.3 (2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3)
Could not test with 2018.4 (no XR SDK)
Notes:
- the issue reproduces only when at least one XR plug-in provider (Oculus XR, OpenVR or MockHMD) is enabled
- the issue is not reproducible with Magic Leap and WMR providers
