[XR SDK] [OpenXR] Auto Exposure Post processing effect is not applied to the left eye
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("3dtest.zip")
2. Open the "empty" scene
3. Enter Playmode and observe HMD view
Expected result: Both eyes are rendered equally
Actual result: Left eye is not applied with Auto Exposure effect
Reproducible with: OpenXR 1.1.1 (2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1 (XR SDK not available), 2019.4.26f1 (OpenXR requires 2020.2+)
