[XR] Projectors only appear in the left eye on Android with Single Pass (non-instanced/non-multiview)
When using the Single Pass rendering path (non-instanced/non-multiview) on Android, specifically on the NVIDIA shield, projectors are only visible in the left eye.
Reproduction:
1) Create a scene with a projector.
2) Build and deploy the project with the MockHMD SDK and single-pass rendering path to a device that uses single pass, but is not capable of singlepass instanced/multiview. The NVIDIA shield was used for for this test.
Expected Result: Projector is visible in both eyes.
Actual Result: Projector is visible in the left eye only.
