[XR Management] Dummy package included in XR Plug-in list in Project settings
A sample dummy package is included in the XR plug-in management list. The package does not install too on clicking the checkbox. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to repro:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Project Settings > Install XR Plug-in Management
3) Select XR Plug-in Management
Actual result: Sample loader one is included in the XR Plug-in list
Expected result: Sample loader one should not be included in the XR Plug-in list
Occurring in: 2020.2.0a17 with 3.2.13 version of XR Plug-in Management
Working fine in: 2020.2.0a17 with 3.2.12 version of XR Plug-in Management and 2020.1.0b15 with 3.2.13 version
Environment: Both Windows and Mac

Resolution Note:
XR Management Package, including metadata and loader samples to show full custom provider implementation. What you see is expected and and is only going to happen if the user manually imports the samples package form the Package Manager UI.
