[WSA] When building UWP, get error Windows.Perception.People.HeadPose::get_UpDirection()` doesn't exist in target framework
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Open the test.unity scene
4. Build
5. Observe the error
Expected results: Build normally
Actual results: When building UWP, get error Windows.Perception.People.HeadPose::get_UpDirection()` doesn't exist in target framework
Reproduced with: 2017.2.2p3, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b1
