[WSA] WebRtc library is not compatible with Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform 5.0.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build for WSA Universal 10 SDK, Target device - Hololens
4. Open Visual Studio solution
5. Deploy on Remote Machine
7. Observe, the erros
Actual results: WebRtc library is not compatible with Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform 5.0.
Expected results: WebRtc library should work normally
Reproduced with: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2.p4, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b1
