[WSA] UWP and Non-UWP code can not exist at the same time during compilation
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (TCPBug.zip)
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build for WSA Universal 10 SDK, Build type - D3D, Target device - Any device
4. Observe the error
Expected result: Unity should not throw an error
Actual result: Unity throws an error
Note:
Non-UWP code is placed into the preprocessor directives
Reproduced with: 5.4.5p2, 5.5.3p4, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b6
