[WSA] Reference Rewriter fails with target -UnityEngine.Timeline.dll/UnityEngine.HoloLens.dll/System.Net.Http.dll
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build for Windows Store
3. Observe the exception
Actual results: Unable to build the project
Expected results: Build the project
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b1 ,2018.1.0b5, 2018.2.0a1
Not reproduced with: 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p3, 2018.2.0a7
