[WSA] Player crashes on exit/on being minimized when built with D3D build type
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Build WSA Universal 10 SDK, Build Type - D3D
3. Open VS solution
4. Deploy on local machine
5. Close application by pressing 'close button' in top right corner
Expected result: application closes and debugging is stopped
Actual result: application crashes on close
Reproducible with: 5.5.1p4, 5.5.2p1, 5.6.0b10
Not reproducible with: 5.5.0f3
Not reproducible with XAML Build Type
