[WSA] Input field becomes unresponsive after dictation input
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project(DictationTest.zip)
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build and Run for WSA Universal 10 SDK (Windows Phone)
4. Once the app starts, click on the input field and use the dictation button to enter a text
5. After you will finish with dictation, the input field will become unresponsive. You will no longer be able to add, remove, or modify characters either by dictation or through the keyboard
Expected result: The input field should not become unresponsive after dictation input
Actual result: The input field becomes unresponsive. You will no longer be able to add, remove, or modify characters
