[Android] 30-45% of allocated memory is "Unknown" in an empty project on some Pixel devices

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Install the Memory Profiler package
3. In the Build Settings, enable “Development build”
4. Build and Run the Android Player
5. Open the Memory Profiler (Window > Analysis > Memory Profiler)
6. Capture a snapshot of the Android Player
7. Observe the allocated memory

Expected result: Less than 20% of the allocated memory is unknown/untracked
Actual result: 30 to 45 percent of the total allocated memory is unknown/untracked

Reproducible with: 2022.3.64f1, 2023.1.0b20, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
Couldn’t test with: 2022.1.0a1 (Unable to resolve Memory Profiler package errors)
