Wrong Player Settings are shown after installing new modules while Editor is open
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project (make sure that the “iOS” module is not installed)
2. Open Build Settings and select “iOS” platform
3. Install “iOS” module
4. Open Player Settings > Other Settings
5. Observe the result
Expected result: iOS settings are shown
Actual result: Windows, Mac, Linux settings are shown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1
Could not test with: 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b4 (Message in Build Settings appears “Note: Editor will need to be restarted to load any newly installed modules”)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Notes:
-reproducible with iOS, tvOS, visionOS modules (user’s info)
-the issue is not reproducible after restarting the Editor
