[WP8][WP8.1] UI Images are not rendered on Lumia 1520 and 1320
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add a UI image to the scene
3. Build & run for WP8 or WP8.1 and deploy to a Lumia 1520 or 1320
4. Notice that the sprite is not rendered
Did not reproduce on a Lumia 920, 930, 530
