[WP8.1] System.IO.File.ReadAllX methods throw IOExceptions
To reproduce:
1. Open repro.unitypackage. It contains a script that creates some files and tries to read them using the File.ReadAllX methods
2. Build & run for WP8.1 (development build)
3. Notice the exceptions in the console
