Agent mode can enter infinite execution loop
Description
Assistant Agent mode occasionally enters an infinite loop, where the task never completes.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run Assistant in Agent mode.
- Provide a simple debugging task with limited context.
Expected Behavior
Assistant completes the task or fails gracefully.
Actual Behavior
Assistant loops indefinitely and never completes the task.
Workaround
User can stop the assistant and retry.
