WP 8.1 fails WACK on General metadata correctness test
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project, with an empty script attached in the default scene
2. Build for Windows Store Apps with Phone 8.1 SDK
3. Run WACK on the generated appx file
4. Notice that it fails on General metadata correctness test:
