With Windowed checked native resolution cannot be chosen in standalone build
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Build and run for Standalone PC, Mac
3. Check "Windowed" box
4. Notice that native screen resolution disappears from the Screen resolution list (see gif below)
Actual behavior: in the Windowed mode native screen resolution is no longer available
Expected behavior: should be possible to choose native screen resolution
Reproducible with: 5.3.0b4, 5.3.0f4, 5.3.0p1, 5.4.0a6
Not reproducible with: 5.1.4p1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.0b2
