Wire gizmos not visible from a distance
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached 'Gizmos Bug.zip' project
2. From the 'Scenes' folder open the 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Zoom out the Scene view camera
Expected result: Gizmos are visible from a distance
Actual result: Gizmos start to fade from a distance
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0a20
