[WindowsMR][XR] HL2 grip pose is off by 90° compared to WMR
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "VR.zip" project
2. Build to UWP
3. Open Visual Studio solution
4. Build the solution to Hololens 2 (with ARM64 Remote machine deploy settings)
5. Raise a hand
Expected result: Controllers visual orientation is the same as hand orientation
Actual result: Controllers visual orientation is offset by 90°
Reproducible with: 2019.4.16f1 (0.0.6-preview), 2020.1.16f1 (0.9.4-preview), 2020.2.0b14 (0.10.0-preview.7), 2021.1.0a8 (1.0.0-preview.1)
Notes:
- Could not reproduce with 2018.4, because XR Interaction Toolkit was not yet available in that version
