[WindowsMR][Emulation] - Emulation window is causing the Editor to crash on 2nd play mode attempt
When using holographic emulation editor there is a crash when you try to use simulation more then 2 times in play mode. The window tries to load the perception simulation dlls even though they are already loaded and the editor hits an exception and crashes.
Work Around:
Close the emulation window after every play mode use
Repro Steps:
1.) Create a new project
2.) Add the metro Windows MR package 3.0.0
3.) Open Holographic Emulation
4.) Press Play to enter play mode
5.) Press Play to stop play mode
6.) Press Play to enter play mode
