Line Brush blue outline appears at incorrect position when painting start of line in Tile Palette
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project using Universal 2D template
- Import the attached .png file
- Set its Texture Type to Sprite and Slice it in Sprite Editor
- Go to Window > 2D > Tile Palette
- Create a new Tile Palette
- Drag the previously created Sprite in the Tile Map
- Toggle Tile Palette Edit icon
- Open the "Default Brush" dropdown and select "Line Brush"
- Click in the Tile Palette to start drawing
- Observe the blue outline that appears
Actual results: The blue outline appears at a seemingly random position in the Tile Palette and does not match the starting point of the line
Expected results: The blue outline’s position matches the chosen starting cell and clearly indicates the starting point of the line
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Notes:
- Could not reproduce with built-in Sprites
- According to the Line Brush documentation, when the Line Brush is active, a blue outline should indicate the actual starting point of the line
