[Windows] Unity crashes when packing PVRTC variants.
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("AtlasTests.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Open Test Runner window (Window->General->Test Runner)
4. Run all tests
Expected result: Tests doesn't fail
Actual result: Tests fail or Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b5
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1 (Package manager was not present)
Note:
- If tests don't fail, run it again (it should occur after a couple of runs and then be consistent if the test doesn't fail immediately)
