Windows Standalone runs on left-most screen
When running a Windows standalone, it starts up on the left-most screen. When setting it to full screen, it appears on the left-most screen as well.
Earlier it would appear on the main screen.
Regression since 4.5.2p1

3. Move the game window to the main screen (right) and click the "Toggle Fullscreem" button - the game becomes fullscreen on the left screen
It should run on the main screen.
