Windows Standalone runs on left-most screen
When running a Windows standalone, it starts up on the left-most screen. When setting it to full screen, it appears on the left-most screen as well.
Earlier it would appear on the main screen.
Regression since 4.5.2p1
To reproduce:
In order to see this issue you must have a dual monitor setup. Have the main screen set to the right, while the secondary screen on the left.
1. Open project u45fullscreentest
2. Include the "test" scene and build&run for windows standalone. Notice that it starts on the left-most monitor
3. Move the game window to the main screen (right) and click the "Toggle Fullscreem" button - the game becomes fullscreen on the left screen
It should run on the main screen.
