Windows Standalone player launcher does not default to native resolution
To Reproduce:
1. Create an empty app.
2. Make sure that 'Default is Native Resolution' is checked in player settings.
3. Build and Run
4. Observe that the default value selected in the launcher is '1024x768' and not the native resolution.
