[Windows] Shortcut Command Names are cut off when hovering cursor over Keys in the Key Map
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create or open any Project
# Navigate to Shortcuts
# Hover over a key with multiple Shortcuts assigned in the Key Map
*Actual results:* Shortcut Commands are cut off and the width of the info modal does not extend when hovering over Keys so that the longest Commands can be fully seen by the User
*Expected results:* When hovering over a Key all assigned Commands can be seen
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.0b15, 6000.0.2f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.29f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b14
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11 (Reproducible), macOS Sonoma (No Keyboard Preview)
