[Windows] Player freezes on minimize when Window is reparented and Run In Background is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Create an empty project
2. Enable "Run in Background"
3. Build the game
4. Open attached c++ Solution "ParentUnity"
5. Change the filepath to the newly built Project
6. Compile and run the Solution
7. Minimize the Parent Window
Expected result: Both windows are minimized and the Player keeps running
Actual result: Both windows freeze, until the Player process is killed
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a8, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.1.0a7, 2020.2.4f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a7
