[Windows] KeenIO Events are not sent int 5.4x
1. Open project in 5.4.x.
2. Start working in project (you can user project attached).
3. Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\EditorAnalytics\ArchivedEvents. Startup events are kept there (see ArchievedEvents.7z attached).
4. Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\projectname\Unity\projectID\Analytics\ArchivedEvents. Platform Events are also collected there (see 2dshooter.7z attached).
5. If you run Unity 5.3, events from C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\EditorAnalytics\ArchivedEvents would be sent, but events from C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\projectname\Unity\projectID\Analytics\ArchivedEvents would still stay archieved.
Actual result: Events are not sent for 5.4.x.
Expected result: Events are sent as well according to user actions.
